Lightbox Test
April 18th, 2006
Let the page load all the way and then click the picture for some cool, built-into-typo Ajaxy fun. This is made possible with a typo macro so I just typed in psuedo-html like this:
1 2 |
If you are running typo, you'll find instructions for this on the Filters admin tab down in the Macro section toward the bottom of the page. Click on the help link for the Lightbox post-processing filter. Cool stuff!
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM I have installed the latest Trunk version of typo which is 1026. I am getting an "application error (rails)" message when i am running on production mode. In development mode this doesn t happen. Did you have any issue like that? Razorlogix is my hosting provider also. My apache log file reads that: 1. In Development mode: [Wed Apr 19 01:35:49 2006] [error] [client 62.255.32.17] FastCGI: server "/home/httpd/vhosts/neuromancer.gr/httpdocs/dispatch.fcgi" stderr: ../config/../lib/spam_protection.rb:3: warning: already initialized constant IP_RBLS [Wed Apr 19 01:35:49 2006] [error] [client 62.255.32.17] FastCGI: server "/home/httpd/vhosts/neuromancer.gr/httpdocs/dispatch.fcgi" stderr: ../config/../lib/spam_protection.rb:4: warning: already initialized constant HOST_RBLS [Wed Apr 19 01:35:49 2006] [error] [client 62.255.32.17] FastCGI: server "/home/httpd/vhosts/neuromancer.gr/httpdocs/dispatch.fcgi" stderr: ../config/../lib/spam_protection.rb:5: warning: already initialized constant SECOND_LEVEL 2. June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM Ooops, sorry I meant http://www.neuromancer.gr/articles/2006/04/19/typo-trunk-v-1026-problems
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM Hi Case! I didn't have any errors like that, and I can't tell from your log info what the problem might be either. The best that I can say is that you should go into the Razorlogix community forums and one of those groups has messages (including one or two from me) with problems dealing with typo. Razorlogix doesn't officially support typo, but one of their support guys answered each of my problems. Also, try leaving a message at http://typoforums.org in the installation problems area. Someone else may have had a similar problem. I'm not running the absolute latest here at rubynoob. Later today, though, I'll load it up at home and see if I get similar errors.
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM O.k, i ll do that. Please let me know if you have similar probs with your home installation.
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM Will do - probably won't have an answer for you until around 10PM PST...
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM Something else regarding lightbox.. What am i missing here? I can t make this work
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM Oops, i just added one space after "><" < typo:lightbox src="/case/images/iCon.jpg" thumbsrc="/case/images/iConthumb.gif"/ >
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM Hi Case, I just updated my typo installation to 1026 on my local box and it still seems to be working just fine. Did you leave a message and get any help?
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM I left a message here: http://typoforums.org/index.php/topic,136.0.html Still no luck. I am staying in development mode. Tommorow Razorlogix will update to Rails 1.1.1 There is a chance that this will sort my problem, not sure though. Otherwise i will wait for the next SVN to come out and update my typo. Do you think it could be my .htaccess?
June 10th, 2007 at 07:21 PM It might, but since I'm such a noob, I don't know much about .htaccess files. Did you post on the typoforums?
